Practice yoga, listen to live music, bring a picnic, hike the trails, tour the gardens, cool your feet in Lookout Creek, and enjoy the view of Lookout Mountain as changing colors herald the season’s shift from Summer into Fall…

Yoga begins at 10:00 a.m., facilitated by Kaylee Frano, certified yoga instructor and owner of Peace.Strength.Yoga, with accompaniment by Wes Walker, banjo musician.

Yoga Class Description:

Join certified yoga instructor & owner of Peace.Strength.Yoga, Kaylee Frano, & musician, Wes Walker, at Rising Fawn Gardens for a morning of practice on Saturday, October 7th at 10:00 a.m. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere of the Yoga House as well as the accompaniment of live music. Kaylee’s professional guidance will cater to all levels of practice, incorporating advanced postures as well as modifications. Her alignment based flow will aim to skillfully build strength, balance, & endurance, while Wes will keep time with the rhythm of his banjo.

About Kaylee Frano:

Kaylee realized her passion for yoga when she began practicing in high school at 15 years old. What started as a basic gym requirement over ten years ago has blossomed into a life-long passion project. Yoga has helped through meditation practice and in learning a different, slower lifestyle. In addition to countless hours of volunteer work at various studios, and instructing weekly all over Massachusetts, she set out to open the first Yoga and Barre Studio in Chattanooga, Peace.Strength.Yoga.

In April 2015, Kaylee moved to Chattanooga, drawn to the outdoor adventure community, the wonderfully positive atmosphere, and the warm weather. She is excited to grow within herself, in her practice, and the yoga community.

Kaylee hopes to empower others to feel strong and comfortable in their ability to push themselves both mentally and physically. She specializes in Vinyasa Flow and strives to create a relaxed atmosphere filled with laughter and smiles.

About Wesley Walker

Wesley has had a love for music and instruments since first starting to learn trumpet in 5th grade. That love has since inspired Wesley to Broaden his interests and to enjoy many instruments and mediums to interface with music and sound.

Since 2006, Wesley has practiced several modalities of bodywork, yoga, and reiki. He started his journey in massage therapy school at the Natural Health Institute and has attained continuing education credentials from other highly regarded programs in North America.

Wesley facilitates slow vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga classes regularly, which are often described as ultra-relaxing, meditative, and grounding. He encourages his students to take time to breathe and clear the mind.

When not at High Point Climbing and Fitness, teaching yoga or practicing massage, Wesley is usually outside adventuring, rock climbing, backpacking…
