Join us for a day retreat to initiate and bless the newly completed Yoga House at Rising Fawn Gardens!

Beloved Monk Thich Nhat Hanh reminds us to smile, breathe, and go slowly each day. Come spend the day with a collective of Chattanooga’s finest yoga teachers as you step into this simple observance. These experiences guides will take you through a comprehensive day of yoga offering meditation, asana, and pranayama.

Your day begins as you gather in the newly completed Yoga House; a beautiful home tucked away in a woodland setting. Here you will enjoy a morning and an afternoon practice in a uniquely designed room with a vaulted barn wood ceiling and a wall of opening glass doors, creating a rustic blend of indoor comfort and outdoor beauty.

Mid-day free-time will begin with a leisurely lunch served on the wrap around deck facing the beauty of Lookout Mountain. Following lunch you to may like to spend free time participating in a guided walking meditation, or perhaps exploring the many walking trails along Lookout Creek and throughout the gardens, fields and ridges. A day spent in nature and in community will leave you nurtured in heart, body and mind.
