Revive: A Yoga & Creative Retreat

Join us for a replenishing experience at Rising Fawn Gardens. Revive was created as a space for helping professionals and caregivers to rest, play, be creative, and connect with yourself or others.

Throughout the day attendees will engage in mindful and restorative yoga practices, a creative hour, free time for quiet or to explore Rising Fawn Garden’s expansive trails, and catered lunch.

Let this be a space for you to recharge and revive as continue doing such vital work in the world.

Make sure to pack your yoga mat, a mug for tea, water bottle, and a journal. No previous yoga experience is required – all levels are welcome!

Meal Info: Lunch is included in your registration cost and catered by Sweet Melissa’s. Gluten free and vegan options are available. Allergy requests can be made so that all can enjoy the meal.

Cost: $79 early registration (first 15 registrants); $89 general admission; 

Optional add-ons: $10 scholarship donation

Cancellation Policy: Rising Fawn Gardens has a no refund policy. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from being present, please contact us in advance of the event so that another participant can be provided the opportunity to attend.

Brittany Young

As a yoga practitioner for over 10 years and an instructor in Chattanooga for the past 4 years, Brittany is passionate about using her practice to enhance and transform her and others’ lives. She completed her 200 hour RYT training in 2020 and her 500 hour RYT in 2024 Yoga Landing. She is experienced in teaching vinyasa, yin and restorative, and passionate about helping practitioners of all backgrounds find peace, healing and strength through their yoga practice. She is currently working on her Masters in Clinical & Mental Health Counseling and finds yoga and mindfulness as dynamic tools that she hopes to integrate into her counseling work one day.

Kelly Culpepper is a grief and relationship therapist in Chattanooga, helping individuals and couples navigate life’s ups and downs with compassion and understanding. When not in session, you can usually find her at the pottery wheel, cooking yummy food, or reading in a good book. She shares her home with her spouse, Cody and two lovable Cavalier Spaniels, Tofu and Sundae, who are perfect. Kelly is excited to lead conversation and practice that centers play and creativity as a way to process emotion, recover from stress and heavy burden, and grieve.
