Event Leaders

Joy B. Rudolph
After walking into her first yoga class to help manage stress, Joy immediately knew she wanted to share the gift of yoga with others. Joy has been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2020. She envisions her classes as a place where people from all walks of life can pursue a yoga practice that fits their individual yoga needs and enhances their holistic health. She loves teaching beginners and people who think yoga isn’t for them. As a follower of Christ from an early age, Joy has swam in various streams of Christianity and found her home in the Anglican tradition. She follows Christ in with her husband and weenie dog through her ordinary life in Chattanooga, TN.

She is experienced in teaching vinyasa, yin and restorative, and passionate about helping practitioners of all backgrounds find peace, healing and strength through their yoga practice. She integrates her faith into her personal practice through the use of breath prayer, meditation on scripture, and liturgical reflection. Her home church of 10 years is New City Fellowship in East Lake, Chattanooga.
