Enjoy a day of community, with services including Yoga, a DIY Fire Cider Workshop (for you to take home your own jar of herbal medicine!), a farm to table lunch, an informative and nourishing panel on supporting your hormones through the seasonal shift, Women’s Sacred Song circle, a transformational meditative Breathwork experience, journaling, and finishing the day with a sacred Cacao ceremony.

Whether you are seeking personal growth or healing, a deeper understanding of yourself, or are just in need of a day of Self Care to rest and reset, this retreat will offer a chance to deeply connect with ourselves, our community, and the natural world around us, as we embrace the magic of the changing Season.’
