Shitake Mushroom Cultivation Workshop with Ali & Joe
Join Ali and Joe of Forest Folk Fungi for a shiitake mushroom cultivation workshop. Tree selection, shiitake varieties, spawn sourcing, log maintenance, harvesting, storage, and the medicinal properties of shiitake will be covered. You’ll leave with 2 shiitake logs and the knowledge necessary to make your own logs at home. Ticket price includes use of tools, instruction, and all materials. This event will take place outdoors and group size is limited to 12 people.
