Katie Ford
Katie Ford

Katie first stepped on the mat in November of 2009. A friend had recommended Bikram Yoga as a way to bring more balance, strength, and focus into her life. After her first class, she was hooked and began to incorporate not only Bikram but other styles of yoga such as Power, Vinyasa, and Restorative into her routine. In March of 2021, Katie made the decision to take a year off from her corporate career to pursue a few personal goals, one of which was becoming a certified yoga instructor. In July of 2021, she completed her 200-hr Vinyasa Yoga RYT at Rising Wolf Yoga School in Nashville, Tennessee. Katie’s teaching style is informative, approachable, and inclusive. She believes that yoga is not about how flexible you are or even how in shape you are, it’s about becoming comfortable enough with yourself to sit in silence, to move with your breath, and to create space where there once was none.

Chelsea Shag
Chelsea Shag

Canadian-born and Atlanta-raised, Chelsea Szegidewicz AKA Chelsea Shag is a multi-instrumentalist (graduate of the Atlanta Institute of Music), Performer, Recording Artist, and Certified Sound Healing Facilitator from Sound Embrace Institute. Blending their two worlds of music and sound healing together, Shag uses the power of sound to transform, shift, move, and awaken our truest selves. Whether it’s a performance on her guitar or a group sound bath meditation, Chelsea will help you bring light to your shadow. You can feel in her presence as a vocalist, performer, and sound healer that the sound and music is a transmutation of pain into pleasure, anguish into joy, tension into release. A sound bath and performance with Chelsea rejuvenates the mind, body, and spirit.
