Mountain Heart

Not only did we make this blend to raise money for those affected by Hurricane Helene, but we also made it for the hearts of people in the Appalachian Mountains. Our hearts are with you. We know the communities and people throughout these mountains are resilient and strong and we wanted to make a blend to support the spirits during this challenging time. Blended with Calendula, Lemon Balm, Tulsi, Hibiscus, Lemongrass and a touch of Stevia for sweetness, we hope it brings light to the folks whose heartstrings are being pulled.

Lemon balm is often revered as a mood uplifting herb, helpful for nervousness that affects the heart and digestion. Its' abundance threaded throughout herbal communities is one reason it's the backbone of this blend, these lighthearted energetics can support and uplift those who need it. You will also find in this blend the beloved holy basil or tulsi that protects the heart from stress, bringing warmth and stability, along with hibiscus which supports healthy blood pressure and resilience in difficult times. This tisane is no cure all, but was made in hopes to contribute to the ongoing support we have for the mountains and its people - made from the heart and hands of a small farm nestled at the creek of Lookout mountain, from our Appalachian community to yours with love.
